For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jet88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on jet88, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, and crash games. Specific game categories or promotional campaigns may carry supplementary terms; in the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms prevail for that specific context.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. jet88 will notify registered Players of any material amendments via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jet88, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction on gambling activity;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person, or as a nominee, agent, or proxy for any third party;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of jet88 or any of its affiliated Game Providers.

jet88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any point where we have reasonable grounds to question eligibility. Accounts that are found to belong to ineligible individuals — including those under 21 — will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original funding source after deduction of any bonus credits awarded.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering an Account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred contact method;
• Select a secure, unique password that you do not use on any other online platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted or requested by jet88;
• Not use a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or any other means to misrepresent your geographic location.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jet88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jet88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

All deposits must be made through the payment channels listed on the jet88 deposit page. Currently accepted methods include bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits stated on the deposit page and to any additional limits applied by your chosen payment method provider;
• Currency: All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jet88 does not accept foreign currency deposits;
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet transfers and within one (1) to fifteen (15) minutes for bank transfers, subject to your bank's processing schedule;
• Fees: jet88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, which are solely your responsibility.

jet88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. jet88 targets a processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for withdrawals to all supported Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction;
• KYC threshold: Any single withdrawal request exceeding Rp 5.000.000 requires completion of KYC identity verification before funds are released;
• Destination account matching: Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the jet88 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances;
• Active bonus restriction: Withdrawals may not be processed while an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements remains on the Account. The Player may choose to forfeit the bonus in order to proceed with a withdrawal;
• Withdrawal method: jet88 reserves the right to return funds via the same method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not a penalty.

jet88 may delay or decline a withdrawal request if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other potential breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we will notify you of the hold and its estimated duration within 48 hours of the withdrawal request being flagged.

jet88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players with verified Accounts only;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse;
• All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and the eligible game contribution percentages (e.g., slots 100%, live casino 10%) are stated on the relevant promotion page;
• Bonus credits expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically;
• jet88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus that has been issued in error, at any time and without prior notice;
• Placing low-risk or hedge bets — including but not limited to covering both outcomes of a two-way market, or betting on a game with an RTP above the threshold stated in the relevant promotion's terms — while an active bonus is in play may be deemed bonus abuse, resulting in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

All games on jet88 operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and are audited regularly. jet88 does not modify RTP settings after certification.

For sports betting, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and all other covered sports markets:

• Bets are accepted only on events listed in the sportsbook at the time of placement;
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager;
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the live betting rules stated on the sportsbook page. jet88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time;
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for a return to be generated. Partial wins on a mix parlay are governed by the knock-out rules stated on the sportsbook page;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, jet88's event-specific settlement rules apply. These are available on the sportsbook help page.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — jet88's system logs constitute the authoritative record of all bets placed and outcomes generated. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect settlement, jet88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Player's balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform outside of normal manual gameplay;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the sporting events available on the jet88 sportsbook;
• Colluding with other Players in card games, table games, or tournament formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any act constituting money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law;
• Attempting to access the Account of another Player without authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jet88 staff members or other Players via any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

All content on the jet88 Platform — including but not limited to the jet88 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, audio, video, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jet88 or its licensed Game Providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software;
• Use the jet88 brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without prior written consent from jet88.

Any unauthorised use of jet88 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Indonesian and international intellectual property law.

jet88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing principles applied by jet88 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the provision of services, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention;
• Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Encryption is applied both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256);
• KYC documentation is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, in accordance with standard AML record-keeping requirements;
• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Disclosure to third parties is limited to licensed Game Providers operating on the Platform, payment processors, and legally required disclosures to regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Deletion requests are subject to our legal data retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jet88 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from Platform use;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, network disruption, or third-party service outage that affects your ability to place bets or access your Account;
• Any act or omission of a third-party Game Provider, payment processor, or telecommunications provider whose services form part of the Platform ecosystem.

Where jet88's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jet88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request the permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets at the time of the closure request will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining balance returned to your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days;
• jet88-initiated closure: jet88 may suspend or permanently close an Account with immediate effect, and without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in any activity that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the Platform or other Players.

In the event of jet88-initiated closure for cause, jet88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation determines that funds were generated through prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited. Funds determined to be legitimate deposits will be returned after deduction of any applicable costs.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary form of Account closure available to Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic. Full details of the self-exclusion process are set out in the Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jet88 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and jet88, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. Our support team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures available under jet88's applicable gaming licence. The decision of the relevant dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

jet88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of any material changes by sending a notification to your registered email address and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All previous versions of these Terms & Conditions are archived and available on request by contacting our support team. The version currently published on this page is the version that governs your use of the Platform at the time of access.
